Trina E. Espinola, MD, FACS

Dr. Espinola is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She is a graduate of Tulane University with a bachelors in biochemistry, along with her medical degree. Dr. Espinola completed her surgical internship at Charity Hospital, New Orleans, her surgical residency at Tulane University Department of Surgery, and her otolaryngology residency at Tulane University Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, New Orleans.
Dr. Espinola has practiced Otolaryngology in St. Petersburg since 1993, and she sees both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Espinola utilized the latest treatments and technology, and whenever appropriate minimally invasive treatment options.
 
Dr. Espinola has spent her career promoting good health and quality care by serving numerous committee appointments both locally and at the state level. She served four years on the Florida Board of Medicine, and four years as Chief of Staff at Bayfront Hospital. Dr. Espinola also has various academic affiliations and is involved in the education and training of medical students and residents.

Deborah Novack - Nurse Practitioner

Deborah Novack ARNP, is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor of science in nursing, as well as the University of Alabama-Birmingham with a masters of science in nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She completed her post masters education as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at the University of Tampa.
Ms. Novack retired as a Major from the United States Air Force, Nurse Corp. She has more than twenty years’ experience as a nurse practitioner, and more than twelve years’ experience in Otolaryngology.

Angela Evans-LaCert - Audiologist

Dr. Angela Evans-Lacert, is Board Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with bachelors in communication science, she is also a graduate of University of South Alabama with a masters in Audiology, as well as a graduate of Arizona School of Health, with a clinical doctorate in audiology.
Dr. Evans-Lacert joined Dr. Espinola’s practice back in 2001, and she has over twenty years’ clinical audiology experience working primarily in private ear, nose and throat practices.

Bruce Gosche - Audiologist

Dr. Bruce P Gosche, holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He is a graduate of University of South Florida with a masters of science in audiology, as well as a graduate of Arizona School of Health, with a clinical doctorate in audiology.

Dr. Gosche joined the practice in 2015, and he has over thirty years’ of clinical audiology experience. During his career Dr. Gosche has worked as a trainer of other healthcare professionals through the United States, though he most enjoys providing his patients with personalized care as they address their communication needs.
